Shipping & returns

Shipping information:


Standard shipping:

We ship most orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on location. Post office box addresses will require shipment via Priority Mail, as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Rush shipping:

Rush orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day air. As mentioned above, we are unable to ship via UPS to P.O. boxes, so those shipments will be via Priority Mail, with expedited handling. If you request rush shipping to a P.O. box, we may issue a partial refund for the shipping charge.

Overnight shipping:

Overnight shipping is available to U.S. addresses. Please contact us regarding overnight shipping requests and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

International shipping:

We ship to several international locations. Shipping is typically via USPS Priority Mail International. Expedited shipping is available – please contact us. If your location is not listed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Product returns:


We will issue a full refund for unused, undamaged products which are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for an authorization and return shipping information prior to returning your item(s). Please note that we are unable to provide a free return shipping label, however, we can issue a label at a discounted rate (which will be deducted from your refund) upon request. We are unable to accept partial returns (ex: a teacup minus the saucer). Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned items (excluding weekends and holidays).


Damaged items:


Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping.

We ask that you report the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.

Once you notify us that your product was damaged, we will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging. Typically the shipper will be dispatched to pick the item up for inspection and processing. We’ll need your help in making it available for pickup on the scheduled date and time.

In most cases, we are able to ship a replacement item at no cost to you as soon as the damaged one has been picked up. However, the outcome of the claim may result in a charge for the replacement item. Replacements are subject to availability.
